The meeting established a significant relationship with the Agency for Cultural Affairs, one of the three government bodies overseeing Expo 2025 Osaka. Commissioner Tokura expressed strong support for cultural exchange programs related to the Jordanian Pavilion and designated a liaison officer to coordinate upcoming events with the Jordanian team.

The meeting emphasized the importance of full board support for initiatives that foster cultural connections between Jordan and Japan. Commissioner Tokura encouraged the Executive Office to prioritize community engagement and outreach programs surrounding the Jordanian Pavilion. These initiatives include interactive programs and events that invite local communities in Japan to experience Jordanian culture firsthand, fostering cross-cultural understanding and appreciation.
